Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of BlueX Social, the AI-powered social publishing service (the "Service") offered by BlueXServer LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States. By subscribing to or using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

BlueX Social automates the preparation and publishing of content to the Client's social accounts (Facebook and Instagram, with more networks to come): ingestion from configured sources and control channels (such as a WhatsApp group), AI-assisted writing and design using the Client's templates, quality control, and scheduled publishing. Each plan's features and limits are described on the site at the time of purchase.

3. Client requirements and responsibilities

• Maintain your own compliant Business accounts on the destination platforms and authorize the connection through each platform's official login.
• Hold the necessary rights to all content you submit or configure for publishing, and use the Service in accordance with platform rules (Meta and others) and applicable law.
• Oversee the content: AI assists, but the Client is the final editorial owner of what gets published to their accounts.
• Safeguard your control channels (e.g., who participates in your WhatsApp group): whatever is sent through them is treated as a publishing instruction.

4. What the Service does not guarantee

BlueX Social does not guarantee reach, engagement, or business results; it does not control third-party platforms' availability or policies (whose changes may affect features), and it is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other social network.

5. Plans, payment, and cancellation

The Service is billed as a monthly subscription in U.S. dollars (USD), with no lock-in: you may cancel at any time and the Service remains active through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the BlueXServer refund policy. Non-payment may lead to suspension and, after 15 days, termination.

6. Suspension

We may suspend the Service for use contrary to these Terms, platform rules, or the law, with notice where reasonable. Commercial suspension freezes publishing; data is retained per the Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership

The Client's content belongs to the Client. The software, base templates, and the BlueX Social brand belong to BlueXServer LLC. Covers and adaptations generated for the Client are licensed to the Client for use on their networks.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueXServer LLC's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by third parties.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
