Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how BlueXServer LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States ("BlueX Social", "we"), collects, uses, and protects information when providing the AI-powered social publishing service available at bluexsocial.com (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and billing details you provide when subscribing.
- Connected platform data: when you connect your Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts through Meta login, we receive page/account identifiers, the access tokens you authorize, and metrics for the posts the Service publishes.
- Content you send us: links, text, images, and videos you submit through your control channels (for example, your WhatsApp group) or your configured sources (RSS and similar), for the purpose of publishing them.
- Technical data: operational logs (timestamps, publishing results, errors) needed to run and audit the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: preparing, adapting, and publishing content to your connected accounts, on your behalf and at your instruction.
- AI quality control: checking spelling, restricted words, and content coherence before publishing.
- Showing you post metrics, providing support, and billing the Service.
3. Meta Platform Data
We use data received from Meta solely to provide the features you request, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell platform data or use it for our own advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted under restricted custody. You can revoke access at any time from your Facebook account settings (Apps and Websites) or by asking us to disconnect.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the providers strictly necessary to operate the Service: Meta Platforms (publishing to your accounts), artificial-intelligence model providers (processing content text or images for writing and quality control), the messaging gateway that connects your WhatsApp control channel, and our hosting infrastructure. Each provider receives only what its function requires.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you cancel the Service, or upon your request, we delete your access tokens, content, and personal data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to retain (for example, billing records). See the data deletion instructions.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@bluexsocial.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security and transfers
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, audit logs). Data is processed on servers located in the United States and Europe.
8. Minors
The Service is aimed at businesses and is not intended for people under 18.
9. Changes
We will post any material change to this policy on this page, updating the date above.

11. Agencies, TikTok and YouTube integrations
BlueX Social is preparing features for agencies, brands and creators on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. TikTok and YouTube are planned integrations: this policy describes their handling once enabled and authorized, and does not claim that they are currently available or approved.
Agencies must have each client's authorization. Brand data will be used for the requested features and shared with authorized members of the relevant workspace. Agency membership does not grant access to third-party accounts without authorization.
A TikTok connection may provide authorized profile identity and information, video information, available statistics and submission status. These will identify the destination account, deliver confirmed content and display results, subject to platform and user permissions.
The planned YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services to identify the authorized channel, upload user-selected videos and retrieve authorized video information and reports. The Google Privacy Policy also applies. Data may include identifiers, metadata, OAuth authorizations and channel or video metrics.
Integration data will support authorized visible features, support and security. Each platform will receive the content and settings confirmed by the user. Operational providers will receive only what their function requires. Google data will not be sold, used for targeted advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models. Its use and transfer will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data retrieved from social APIs will not be sent to AI providers by default; any optional processing must be separately explained and authorized.
12. Revocation and YouTube-specific retention
You can remove Google's authorization using your Google security and permissions settings, in addition to requesting disconnection or deletion at hello@bluexsocial.com. Revoking access and deleting stored data are distinct actions; see our deletion instructions.
Once YouTube is enabled, its specific deadlines will override the general 30-day period: deletion and account closure requests will be completed within 7 calendar days. Revocation through BlueX Social will revoke the token immediately and delete authorized data within 7 days; revocation through Google will be detected and addressed as soon as possible and within 30 days. Data subject to refresh will be refreshed or deleted within 30 days; authorized historical records require YouTube's periodic checks.
These processes must operate before the integration is enabled. Deleting data from BlueX Social does not delete videos published on YouTube or other networks. Legal retention of billing records does not authorize retaining API data beyond platform deadlines.
13. Website technologies
The website uses technical cookies for functions such as preview access and requests fonts from Google Fonts, transmitting technical connection data to that provider. The new informational pages do not include advertising, analytics trackers or social players. New providers or technologies will be reflected in this policy and in applicable consent options.
